MCR Machinery’s stainless steel washing and drying line is designed for the careful cleaning and drying of pumpkins, melons and other produce. Thanks to the unique Undine washing technique, dirt, mold spores and residues are effectively washed away without damaging the product. This results in not only a clean appearance, but also a bacteriologically almost clean product.
The products float out of the bin toward the brush conveyor or washing belt, where you can independently set the speeds of feeding, washing and drying. The drying line can be equipped with fans, heaters or air knives for even faster drying. This advanced line extends the shelf life of your products and is fully customizable to your specific needs.
