Fast and efficient transportation
MCR Machinery’s mobile container-filling unit, also called a skid, is the solution for filling containers from a crate or box quickly and without spillage. Thanks to its mobile design, the skid can be easily transported in transport position with any truck, ensuring maximum flexibility in your processes.
With load cells, the filler accurately records the weight of the load in the container. This data is readily available to transporters and can be used internally to manage waste streams. The augers in the plant are equipped with double-bladed screw ribbons, enabling spill-free transport. By reversing the front top screw, you can even fill two containers. Thanks to customized solutions, the mobile container-filling plant can be fully tailored to your needs.
