About the MCR Container Filler

MCR Machinery’s mobile container filler, also known as a skid, is designed for quickly and spill-free filling containers from a crate or box. Thanks to its mobile design, the skid can be transported in transport position with any truck, providing maximum flexibility within your processes.

Using load cells, the container filler accurately records the weight of the load inside the container. This data is immediately available for transporters and can also be used internally for managing waste streams.

The augers are equipped with double-bladed screw ribbons, ensuring stable and spill-free product transport. By reversing the front top screw, it is even possible to fill two containers simultaneously. Thanks to custom-built solutions, the mobile container-filling unit can be fully tailored to your specific requirements.
