The MCR immersion bath provides anti-oxidation treatment for both floating and sinking products. Floating products are conveyed between the conveyor belt and the bottom for proper soak time, while sinking products are conveyed normally on the conveyor belt. After the belt, the product is pulled out of the liquid on a mesh belt, with an optional air knife for better moisture removal. Double-wall construction allows cooling without water contact, and the machine can also be used as a hydrocooler.
